WHY DOES QUANTUM HEALING DISCOVERIES LOVE TEACHING CHILDREN?

Working with children is especially rewarding as they have not yet developed the resistance that many adults have learned. In our experience with children in various capacities, We have witnessed their pure and innocent enthusiasm for life and learning. Our passion is to teach yoga and nutrition together to children so as to eliminate stressors, resulting in a more balanced and centered sense of well-being.

Children become more aware of themselves after practicing yoga, breath, and meditation. as they discover how to work through their feelings. The combination of these three modalities balances the body as a whole. This is done by activating meridian points, stimulating chakra centers and rejuvenating organs in the body to function properly.

QUANTUM HEALING DISCOVERIES CHILDREN'S YOGA CLASSES

Children's classes are combined with a blend of music, meditation, dance, relaxation, sensory development and yoga. We include imaginative stories interwoven with yoga exercises, including fun breathing techniques, yoga songs, affirmations and quiet time meditations.

Educating our students to understand how truly powerful they are and teaching them that they have the ability to heal themselves are the most valuable tools we can share. We do this by offering our knowledge regarding the importance of consuming nutrient rich, organic foods, showing our students how to transform their bodies through movement and postures and by teaching them how using mindfulness and mediation helpS change their outlook on life. Children are inherently wise, radiant, and joyful. Through yoga, awareness, and love, we help them maintain or recover their innate connection to who they truly are. Watching the transformation in our students’ health and happiness inspires Quantum Healing Discoveries to continue sharing the gifts we have been given.
